The Integrative Biology and Physiology departmental commencement ceremony is on Saturday, June 15, at 9:00 a.m. at Drake Stadium. We kindly ask that all students and faculty arrive no later than 8:30 a.m. dressed in your graduation regalia (cap and gown). Please note that the venue has changed; therefore, we must follow new regulations and guidelines. Please see this PDF for details and information on prohibited items at Drake Stadium.
Recommendations for graduates:
- Do not forget your cap, gown and tassel. We do not have extras on hand!
- Tickets ARE REQUIRED. Have student and guest tickets easily accessible and ready to scan at entry. Don’t hold up the line!
- All graduates are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes, as there will be some walking on grass, on the track, and walking up and down the stairs.
- Arrive no later than 8:30am because gates will close promptly at 9:00am.
- Bring your commencement card filled out. (PhD and MS students, please disregard)
- Arrive early to secure parking. There will be multiple ceremonies taking place in the surrounding area. You are encouraged to park in Lot 7 and Lot 4. Additional parking can be found in Lot 8 and 9. Consider buying an e-permit earlier: https://transportation.ucla.edu/bruin-epermit-system
